This international recognition reinforces ESG VISA’s commitment to developing practical methodologies that enable measurable sustainability performance in the built environment.
ESG VISA has officially launched Project DAWN in Hong Kong to address the challenges faced by “3-Nil” buildings—properties without owners’ corporations, residents’ organizations, or professional property management support. Through Digital Building Identities (DBIs), Project DAWN creates a digital foundation for aging urban assets by connecting building information, maintenance records, material data, and sustainability performance indicators.
