Buildings generate valuable environmental and operational data, but fragmented information can make sustainability assessment and improvement difficult. ESG VISA is developing an AI-driven digital building identity platform that connects building information, IoT monitoring, and environmental intelligence to support ESG assessment, reporting, and performance improvement.
The goal is to help building owners and property managers make better-informed decisions, support relevant green building assessments such as BEAM Plus, and track environmental improvements over time. Actual compliance and certification depend on the applicable assessment criteria and supporting evidence.
We believe the future of green buildings lies not only in measuring performance, but also in turning insights into practical improvements.
